Passport and Visa: Travelers should double-check that their passport is valid for at least six months before departure and stay updated on any changes to China’s visa policies.
Ski Safety: Skiing is a high-risk activity; please ski within your ability and follow all resort rules. Beginners are strongly recommended to purchase coaching lessons to ensure safety and effective learning.
Personal Items: Although ski equipment rental is included, it is advisable to bring your own personal hygiene items such as gloves, goggles, and thick socks.
Local Transportation: Airport transfers are provided; other transportation arrangements are the traveler’s responsibility.
Important Booking Information
Our instructors provide lessons in Thai, and also offer services in English and Chinese.
Suitable age for skiing lessons: 6 to 65 years old; for snowboarding lessons: 7 to 55 years old.
Children aged 6 to 9 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the lesson.
Ski equipment provided by the resort must be handled with care; any damage or loss will be charged according to resort policies.
Guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy are not advised to participate in skiing or snowboarding lessons.
Travelers denied entry due to incorrect documentation or violation of local laws shall bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences.
