The Experience
Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park (Hot Snow Miracle) covers a total area of 75,000 square meters and maintains a constant temperature between -4°C and -6°C throughout the year. As one of the largest indoor ski resorts in South China, it is a premier destination for professional skiing and snow play. Whether you're enjoying family time in a snowy fairytale, sharing a romantic moment, or seeking the adrenaline rush of skiing, this ice and snow carnival awaits you 365 days a year.
The ski zone features five ski slopes of varying difficulty, including beginner-level snowboard and ski practice trails, an intermediate slope, and two advanced slopes. Rare among indoor ski resorts, the park includes two intersecting multi-level slopes, offering unique challenges for intermediate and advanced skiers. The intermediate slope and ski practice trail are connected by a buffer zone, forming a 460-meter-long alpine indoor ski run—one of the longest in the region.
The massive 17,000 m² snow play area is perfect for non-skiers, offering a wide range of icy fun such as snow tubing, bumper cars on ice, ice bicycles, Glacier Flight ride, adventure trails, 100-meter snow slide, and ice slides. Re-entry is not permitted—guests who leave the snow park must purchase a new ticket to re-enter. 【Booking Restrictions】 Booking Requirements: The actual visitor’s information must match the ID details provided at the time of booking. If booking for multiple guests, please use each individual’s own ID information. 【Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park – Seasonal Date Categories】 Low Season: All dates not classified as Regular Season or Peak Season. Regular Season:Mondays to Fridays during the summer holiday (July 1 – August 31). Weekends outside of the summer holiday and national public holidays. The 10 days leading up to and the 7 days following the Chinese New Year holiday. Christmas Week (December 20 – 28) Peak Season:National public holidays and official holiday adjustments. Weekends during the summer holiday season.
【Timing & General Information】 Time is counted from the moment your access card is scanned at entry to the time it is scanned at exit. If you exceed the time limit of your ticket, an overtime fee will be charged according to on-site ticket office pricing. Overtime Fee Reference:
low season: ¥40 / 30 minutes Regular season: ¥50 / 30 minutes Peak season: ¥60 / 30 minutes
No overtime charge within the first 30 minutes. After that, overtime is charged per 30 minutes, and any fraction of 30 minutes is counted as a full unit.
Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle provides free rental of ski suits, ski boots, helmets, skis, ski poles(for alpine skiing only), lockers (with wristbands), and snow cards. In case of loss or damage, compensation must be made according to on-site pricing.
After entering the snow park, please keep your snow card with you at all times. It is required to collect and return your equipment, and must be returned upon exiting the snow park.
【Visitor Guidelines】 Visitors may choose either snowboard or ski equipment with their snow card, but cannot change after collection.
On the day of your visit, please bring a valid ID matching the information used to purchase the ticket. Mismatch of ID and ticket information will result in loss of ticket validity, and no refunds or changes will be made.
Please keep your ticket code secure. If it is disclosed or lost, entry will be denied, and a new ticket must be purchased. After collecting your snow card, safeguard it well. If you lose or damage it, causing entry or equipment issues, a new ticket will be required. Always keep your ticket during your visit and show it when asked by staff.
【Safety & Security Guidelines】 Skiing is a high-risk sport. If you have any of the following conditions, please assess your health status carefully before participating: heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, other illnesses not suited for physical activity, pregnancy, alcohol consumption, or side effects from medication.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult when skiing. Seniors are not recommended to ski.
It is strongly recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that covers skiing. Please read and follow all in-park safety notices, including:

The snow park offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced ski slopes. Beginners are more likely to get injured on advanced slopes. The park also includes jumps, terrain parks, and freestyle areas that require advanced skiing skills. Please assess your ability and stay within your skill level at all times.
Helmets must be worn at all times during skiing. You are also advised to bring and wear gloves, goggles, face masks, wrist guards, elbow/knee/back/hip pads to minimize injury risk.
Please choose ski equipment appropriate to your skill level. Check that rental equipment is in proper condition. Ensure:
DIN settings on alpine skis match your height, weight, and shoe size
Binding release torque is appropriate
Snowboard binding angles and spacing are properly adjusted If any issues are found, notify staff immediately for adjustments or replacement.
First-timers are advised to hire a ski instructor before entering the slopes. Ski lessons are available in the park and can be purchased as needed.
To avoid disputes, the following actions are prohibited:
Using facilities outside your ticket's access rights (zones or activities), unauthorized ski lessons, commercial photography, livestreaming, reselling tickets or services, or other improper usage
Allowing others to use your ticket through transfer, resale, or lending
Dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behavior
Any act that seriously disrupts park operations or endangers others’ safety or property
Other inappropriate behavior
If any of the above occurs, the park reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without liability:
Place you on a visitor blacklist, including:
Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle Blacklist (you will be denied entry)
Hot Snow Miracle brand-wide blacklist (denied entry to all affiliated parks)
Industry alliance blacklist
Cancel, freeze, or void your ticket and entitlements without refund or extension
Charge a penalty of 30% of the order amount, and pursue further compensation if needed
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the park (including tobacco, e-cigarettes, or any smoke-producing products). Violation will result in a 15-day entry ban and being blacklisted.
If facilities malfunction or require maintenance, the park may temporarily close rides or areas without prior notice. No refunds or ticket extensions will be issued in such cases.
Due to capacity limits, bad weather, special events, safety, or operational needs, the park may adjust operating hours or attraction availability. Please refer to the official notice on the day of your visit.
Security checks are mandatory before entry. Prohibited items include flammable or explosive materials, regulated weapons, or other dangerous items. Personal selling is not allowed in the park. Please avoid bringing excessive belongings. Outside food, drinks, and bottled water are not permitted (except baby food), due to health and hygiene regulations. Please consume them before entering.
