Yaoxue Ice and Snow World is an urban ice and snow resort complex jointly built by Shanghai Lujiazui (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Port City Development (Group) Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of about 350,000 square meters. It mainly includes an indoor real snow ski resort with a construction area of about 90,000 square meters, an all-weather water park, a competition-level standard ice rink, three star-rated resort hotels, a multi-functional exhibition center, and an ice and snow theme commercial town.
The project integrates multiple elements such as sports, entertainment, business, culture, art, and technology, and is equipped with the world's top hardware and supporting facilities. It provides skiing, snow entertainment, water play, shopping, hotels, events, performances and other rich holiday and leisure products, and is committed to creating a one-stop ice and snow resort to fill the gap in ice and snow tourism in Shanghai's tourism industry chain.

Please ensure that all traveler information submitted during booking is accurate. Incorrect information may result in failure to pass real-name verification, leading to denied entry. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable under such circumstances.

Tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent bookings within 24 hours, please contact customer service in advance for assistance.
Timed tickets begin counting once you pass through the entrance gate. Time ends when the ticket is scanned upon exit. Please be mindful of your time to avoid overtime charges. If your stay exceeds the allotted time, overtime fees will apply starting from 30 minutes over. Charges are calculated per half hour; less than 30 minutes will still be charged as a full half hour. Final rates are subject to on-site announcements.
Each ticket allows for a single entry only. Re-entry is not permitted. If you leave the park, you will need to purchase a new ticket for re-entry.
YaoXue Snow World is divided into two zones: the Ski Zone and the Snow Play Zone. Cross-zone access is not permitted. Please purchase your ticket based on your intended activity.
Visitors using a Snow Card must keep it safe. If your card is lost or damaged and becomes unusable, please visit the Customer Service Center or the reissue counter near the exit for assistance or to purchase a new ticket.
Skiing and snow play activities carry inherent risks. Children with discounted tickets must be accompanied by at least one paying adult (one adult may accompany up to two children with discounted tickets). Visitors aged 60 and above, children under 1.2 meters in height, pregnant women, and individuals with disabilities are required to sign a Risk Acknowledgment Form before entering.
