Booking & Payment Process A deposit-based system is used for registration. You may secure your spot by paying a deposit at the time of booking.
Group Formation
This is a small group tour limited to 16 guests. Final confirmation is based on the order of full payments received, and spots will be closed once the quota is filled.
If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met, we will notify you by a specified date prior to departure and fully refund all payments made.
Important Booking Information
Before Departure
Travel Documents: Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. If your nationality requires a visa to enter Japan, kindly apply for a tourist visa in advance.
Travel Insurance: This package includes basic travel accident insurance. However, it does not cover injuries resulting from skiing or other extreme sports. As skiing involves potential risks, we recommend all participants to purchase specialized insurance covering skiing, overseas medical expenses, and emergency rescue before departure to ensure full protection during your trip.
Physical Fitness: Skiing requires a certain level of physical strength. We recommend maintaining good health before the trip. If you have any pre-existing conditions or injuries, please consult your doctor to confirm if you are fit to join the program.
Packing & Clothing
Clothing: Ski jackets and pants will be provided. However, please bring your own thermal base layers, mid-layers for warmth, thick socks, waterproof gloves, beanie, scarf or face mask.
Personal Items: We suggest packing sunscreen, lip balm, sunglasses or ski goggles, personal medication, and toiletries.
During the Trip
Follow Instructions: Please follow your coach’s guidance and the ski resort’s safety rules at all times. Do not separate from the group or attempt slopes beyond your level — safety comes first.
Weather Conditions: In case of inclement weather (e.g., snowstorms) or other force majeure events, the itinerary or lesson schedule may be adjusted on-site for your safety, as determined by the coach or guide.
Dietary Preferences: Meals are pre-arranged. If you have specific dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, food allergies), please inform us at the time of booking.
